What is DevOps for App Platforms?
DevOps split into three. One grew up around systems: servers, containers, deployments. One grew up around applications: code, repos, release. One grew up around databases: migrations, backups, cleansing. App platforms like Airtable and Notion collapse all three into one place, so one person clicking in a browser now changes the schema and the application at once. What that needs is none of the three toolchains. That gap is what this survey measures.

About fifteen minutes for most people. Fourteen sections, and it saves as you go, so it does not have to be one sitting.
No. You can take it as a guest. Leaving an address is optional and only decides where your copy of the report goes.
Most questions offer “Not sure”, and it counts as an answer rather than a way out. How much a team knows about its own setup is part of what this measures.
They appear in aggregate only. Nothing that identifies you or your organization goes into the report.
Your DOAP Score and your band the moment you finish, your copy of the report before it is published, and first access when Baseout opens.
No. Teams who do not back up at all are the most important answers in the set, because that is the number nobody has.
